Current volunteer as the Commissioner of this son’s Little League organization in Salt Lake and always looking for the next Championship, Marty not only loves sports, he is devoted to delivering a winning customer experience. Matt “Marty” Smith cares deeply about delivering a winning customer experience. Matt most recently worked for a recognition company that helped establish and deliver recognition solutions to Fortune 500 employees so they could thrive at work. Matt also oversaw the development and implementation of several successful franchise systems in the Professional Services / Education sector with Paul Mitchell Schools.
Matt earned a B.A. in Marketing/Communications from Brigham Young University and continues to strive towards his Masters in “Fatherhood” with his wife Heather and their 3 children Olive, Major and Fox. When not working, you can find Matt at a sporting event, rummaging through his old trading card collection or organizing something at his home. Matt currently volunteers as the Commissioner of this son’s Little League organization in Salt Lake and is always looking for the next Championship.
